Menu support not working

  • I am using a custom theme and have a primary and secondary menu set up. Both menus were working and then stopped and I didn’t change anything that should effect it. I tried using twentyten and twentyeleven and the menus aren’t rendering on those either. The only menu showing is the complete page list. I have searched and found nothing and checked all settings. Anyone run into this problem and fix it? Any help is much appreciated! Thank you.

  • Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    – re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder – from a fresh download of WordPress.
