[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] Post Title Issue

I imported the settings I had from All in One SEO which included a boilerplate phrase I was placing at the end of the Post Title. For example, my setting looked like this for the “Post Title Format” in the All in One SEO setting:

%post_title% | Boilerplate Phrase

Since switching to this plugin, I can’t remove the boilerplate phrase. It seems as though WordPress SEO imported a setting that it has no ability to edit. Any ideas how to to fix this? I would like to remove the boilerplate phrase.
