Can't login

I have a WordPress website that someone I paid $1200.00 to do so created for me. I can no longer login to make changes to my website
as WordPress doesn’t recognize my username and paswword. I have tried contacting the person who created the site for help but I have received no response via email and her phone is disconnected. I have moved out of State so I can not go find her to ask for help either.
I have not been able to login to my site to change pricing, add pics, etc and I really need help as I’m not computer savy at all so this has been very frustrating going to all the wordpress areas to try and fix myself. I do not feel that WordPress is very easy to work with at all. I need to get into my site so whatever help I can get would really be appreciated.
