how to get rid of leave a reply??

    I already went to screen options and unchecked everything except welcome, I went to Settings > discussions, and unchecked Allow people to post comments on new articles
    (These settings may be overridden for individual articles.)

    What am I doing wrong? here is the site https://www.christyrosephotography.com
    i use the Bouquet theme

    I am confused because I have gotten this off of my other websites…

  • That will only affect future Posts & Pages. what you need to do now is uncheck “Allow comments” in the Discussion pane on each Edit Page/Edit Post. If you do not see this pane, click Screen Options at the very top of the page and check “Discussion”.
