[Plugin: Sociable] Facebook only sharing link…can this be changed?

I am sharing a link to my blog on facebook, but it does not display a thumbnail or any sort of description. It only shows the link. Is there anyway to make it look like more than just a plain link? Maybe show the title to the blog post, breif description, and a thumbnail for the site?
