For others that may come across this:

    Problem solved.

On the Main site (with the large image library) the users had a Capability or Role that was not a standard WordPress role. I had made up some custom Roles (in the case Managing Editor instead of just Editor).

I’m not sure if the two name Role was the cause or simply it being a non-standard role?? But once I put them back to Editor things worked.

    Hi,

The plugin checks for the upload_files capability per site.

They all have that capability. They had all the capabilities of an Editor.

    Hi,
the plugin is an great idea and very usefull!

But I have the same problem.

As Superadministrator I get the massage and have no access.

    Do you have a solution?

    Thanks and regards

Hi, What is the resolution to let super admin’s have network access to images?

Is is there something to add to functions.php file? Do I have to use the User Role Manager to allow a certain capability?

Sorry if I sound stupid, but I need the dummy’s guide in layman’s terms, lol.

    Thanks!
