Contact Form 7 not sending…

We are using your plugin with WPTOUCH PRo for our mobie website – the contact form with your form inside is not sending. The red border error messgae keeps popping up, and I know from your forum that it relates to a server sending problem, im guessing our end. What specs are needed to run the mail functiion. Does their have to be PHP Mail() function to run – we are currently running the wordpress site through PHP using our IIS rather thsn from a standalone PHP (apache or whatever server) – is this somehting you have had quesries about before….can you assist us with what might be the problem.
