Hi Marco,

have you upgraded to 2.8.2? Unfortunately version 2.8.1 shipped with an annoying bug that prevented reports from being generated, and it was fixed right away in 2.8.2.

Please, if the problem is solved by upgrading to the latest version, could you change your vote from broken to works?

With previous version I had any problem. As I upgraded to last version of plugn, started the bug. Sorry, Slimstat is very powerful and useful. I would like to help you with more details. Now I am downgrading to previous version.

I upgrade on regular basis. I was at 2.8. The bug started with 2.8.2. Simply a white page, no codex at all. Parhaps only a space in pch code? Now I am trying upgrade on another site, OK, On the other site it si working properly… Now I reinstall manually on first site…. Nothing. always a white page, with no code.

if it works for 3000+ users, it’s not a white space in the source code ?? According to the symptoms you describe, it looks like a memory limit issue. In other words, you’re using up all the available memory for PHP on your server. Please see

for more information on how to address the problem. If that doesn’t work, then it may be a conflict with another plugin. Would you mind listing what other plugins are you using on that site?

Now I have downgraded to slimsta 2.8.1 on marcovalerio.it and it is perfetc working, Even if I had to destroy database and have lost old stats. It doesn’t matter. But if I can help you o understand what happened, tell me how. At the moment I do not upgrade again of course

So you’re saying that version 2.8.1 works fine and 2.8.2 doesn’t?

There was no need to ‘destroy’ the database, the older version is forward-compatible with the new one, you should have asked before downgrading ??

And just for the record, it COULD BE a memory problem: it doesn’t matter if both sites are on the same server, they are using a different set of plugins, and who know how much RAM each of them is using.

You may want to try increasing the available memory by following the instructions at that link I gave you here above and see what happens.
