[Plugin: Subscribe2] how do i include an unsubscribe link in all emails?

If you followed the install instructions and actually created a WordPress page to handle subscriptions and unsubscriptions place a link to this page in your notification email templates.

It is not possible to put a unsubscription confirmation link into the emails as they won’t work for Registered Subscribers and since Subscribe2 is written to make use of the BCC header and send 1 email to many recipients a link would not work in that instance either.

Your installation instructions are very poor.

You haven’t written an easy to follow, step by step instructions on how to correctly install and setup this plugin.
