Genesis and News Theme does not activate

  • I purchased the premium theme, Genesis/News Theme for my WordPress.

    I installed WordPress no problem.

    I uploaded the .zip files no problem.

    When I go to activate the theme, I get this error message:

    Just click the link to read the whole message.

    I am just trying to make my WordPress site look more professional with a premium theme. I payed for it, but it is not working, so I am naturally frustrated. Can anyone help ASAP?
