[Theme: Mantra] How much memory it uses?

Recently i updated to WP 3.4 and there was Mantra update also.
After that i figure out that i cant upload images, because wordpress tries to get 256M of memory, but PHP is limited to 128M.Is these memory requirements is dictated by Mantra, or should i search some other reasons?
