[Plugin: Appointment Calendar] bug when not entering email adress

Hi,
Ive just found a bug. WHen not entering an email adres and hitting BOOK NOW, the message that says you will have to enter the email adres is below on the screen. Not below where it should be.
Also when you do this, it’s impossible to make a booking, because it’s stuck then!
