    hey guys.
how do i get rid of the margins at the left and right of most wordpress themes. they are ven present on this very forum, such that there is a center column of the main part of the page, but a “margin” on the left and the right.

what do i edit to get rid of this so that my webpage extends all the was from the left ot the right of the screen?

been trying to figure it out forever.

    thanks for your help.
    Ronny.

Then you have to make new images.
    In wordpress most are images.
Take care the new images have the same width or you have to change your styles tambien.

Firstly you should define which margins.
Secondly, if you mean the margins I think you mean, then, they are part of the background images.

    As I wrote.
    Make new images.
Use Photoshop or so, crop the margins away and make the images a bit wider so that they have the same width.

All other margins are defined under Presentation -> Theme editor -> Stylesheet

ok one easy way i found to solve the problem is to just change the theme to another one instead of trying to get kubrick to be something else

one good example of a theme that you could base your new design on is the Steam theme.

look for a “fluid width” or “liquid layout” type of theme
