Icons in posts

Hi, I’m looking for a plugin that allows me to select a picture to add to the post. This should be very similar to a category image, but I don’t want that. I just want to insert an icon at the same place in every post, and choose the icon from a list when I make a post. Here is what I mean –> https://neowin.net/ you can see the icons for each posts. I want something like that. Thanks.
