How to Update ALL email addressess?
-
Hello,
I have three WordPress accounts.
Hosted by WordPress.Main:
rodgersnotes.wordpress.comrodgerswriting.wordpress.com
rodgersreading.wordpress.comThe last two, I’ve hardly ever used.
When I created them, they all used different email addresses, from different domains.
I thought I would “just” update all three blogs to the main email address.
I was able to change the email in rodgerswriting:
Settings, GeneralGot a confirmation email. Worked. Good.
Double checking, the email has been changed.—
However, believe it or not, there is actually another email address in:
Users, Personal SettingsWhen I try to update in that area, I keep getting a nasty message:
ERROR: That e-mail address is already being used. What is the secret to getting all the email addresses, on all the blogs, to be the same?
—
But wait, it gets even worse.
Just in case, I logged out, and then tried logging into rodgersnotes.
And then went to support.
But it suddenly said that my password was wrong.
Did a password reset. But, it turns out that support forums use a different username and password.
Honestly guys!
How can you possibly make things soooooo complex?—
Thanks a lot!
Rodger
