Looks like Sucuri focuses on cleaning already infected sites, although I’ve never used them. We focus on preventing infection in the first place. Although Wordfence is very useful for cleaning sites automatically because we do an integrity check on all your core files and themes and plugins that are in the repository and tell you what has changed. You can also view the actual changes (do a diff) and repair the files and we don’t charge for this. We include a firewall, login brute force protection, features like hiding your WP version number, blocking fake google crawlers and much more.
Wordfence also runs directly on your WP site which means that we can scan more frequently than remote scanners without using your valuable bandwidth. Most remote scanners that I’m aware of scan once daily and can’t see hidden files on our site – they only scan what is is public and can be navigated to from your main site.

Mark.
