[Plugin: Wiki] duplicate navigation

Hi there. Wiki Lite is duplicating navigation in the header and footer static content blocks in my template (I’m running the Salitation theme). How do I stop it from inserting content into this space? It’s confusing and it’s throwing out the look and feel ??
