I am very happy to use this plugin. However as I normally use Arial 14pt the texts are really ugly and the boxes too big. It would be nice if the font and size of the test would be that of the calling instruction. The boxes should then be adapted to suit.
Alternatively the user should be able to determine font for text and box size and style in an options screen.
    Did I miss something?

  • Hi.
Basically if you need to customize the look and feel of the contact form, you need to resort to CSS styling.
Try using Firebug or your browser’s code inspector to see what elements you need to target to change that style.
    Cheers!

I’ll try. But I really think it would be good for non-nerds to be able to format it without doing that.

    1. You don’t need to be Einstein or a “nerd” to know how to use CSS: look around these forums, and you will see plenty of non-programmers and designers figuring this out by themselves or with the help of the community.
    2. Since the plugin is used by hundreds and hundreds of users in their sites, it would be pointless for the plugin to come with styles that might or might not visually go with said sites, which is why that part is left to the them to customize and figure out.

Thanks for your help that seems to have worked. I just modified the style sheet of the plugin. I think the box sizes can already be modified when setting up the form, but I’m looking for a better solution.

You can also modify input fields size by changing font-size, line-height, width, and height. Just make sure to target them accordingly in your selectors.

No…oh it seemed to work under WP but when I went in from another browser and not signed in I had the same problem.
