WordPress update problem (fatel error)

Actually, I got the same problem.. when updating to wordpress 3.4.1, fatal error occur and I forgot to back up my blog. I am going to cry now I don’t know what to do….

we cannot access the admin panel at all.. but the blog is still running.. but I cannot edit or do anything about it..
