How to display ALL search result in one page?

First, check out the plugin Custom Query String, which lets you set # of posts per page for each query type:

Next, use a search.php template with your theme and modify The Loop portion to only provide the title/link for each post. If your theme does not include a search.php, you can easily create one by making a copy of the theme’s index.php and naming that search.php.

I use both the Custom Query String plugin in conjunction with the Search Pages plugin (which returns search results form both pages AND posts) and they work flawlessly together.
