[Plugin: Ajax Event Calendar] Change default event start time and duration

It seems that the default for event start time is fixed to “all day”. Is there a setting anywhere to change the default event start time or the duration?

Use case: I have a lot of events of the same length or that start at the same time. Being able to set the default can save lots of clicks.
