Internal links not working

Hi,

The internal links on my website are not working. I have changed the permalinks, however when I go further back into my archive none of the links are working. I am using the Merchant theme and the latest version of WordPress. I keep changing the permalink structure but it is still the same.

Here is an example of some links that are not working
