[Theme: WP-Creativix] Images are not being featured

I’m working on https://arrecifeshostel.com.br/ site and I just can’t get the images to be featured. I’ve tried adding them to the posts, portfolio, pages, and even clicking “feature slideshow” and “feature frontpage” they still don’t appear on my site. What am I doing wrong? Please help!
