Changed the time, posts showing in reverse

Well I did an extensive search and I saw nothing dealing with my issue ??

I changed the time on my blog by offsetting the time -5 hours and changing the start of the week to Sunday.After I did that all new posts started showing up in reverse

If I undo the time change all is fine, but naturally I would like my time to set properly.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
