Tried to update a text widget…all widgets dissapeared…

  • I went into my widgets area to update some content in a TEXT widget…
    When i hit save, that TEXT widget lost all of its content.
    Then, when i closed out the page and reopened it to see if i could then enter text & save, ALL of my widgets had been deactivated & moved out of their places in the sidebars…
    I have attempted several times to drag them back, but everytime i save they just go back inactive. And, I still can no add any content to a new TEXT widget without it erasing…

    Needless to say, my sit is lacking all widgets & not functioning correctly… ??

    there must have been a wordpress issue… im having problems with 2 of my sites…
    the one i was referencing above finally started acting right & let me add the text & reactivate my widgets…
    now, if i can get my other site to allow me to upload photos, we may be back in business… geez…not at all what i needed to be spending my time on today!!

    and…it does seem to be working now.
