    Answer:

    The default slideshow size is set while logged into the WP site as admin in Gallery>Options>Slideshow tab.

    To customize a particular slide show, use the following code in the page/post, setting (w)idth and (h)eight as desired.:

    [slideshow id=2 w=190 h=170]
