When clicking to Dashboard, Page Not Found message appears [scary]

There is a ‘Page not found’ message when I try to access dashboard
https://web-copy-writer.com/wp-admin/This happened immediately after I clicked ‘Upgrade to 3.4.1’ link from the dashboard. Until then, everything was working fine.
The site is working fine, but I can’t access dashboard, edit/create a page/post.
