Footer problem

    I’m a newbie so please forgive me. I am trying to use this tutorial to get a sticky footer: https://ryanfait.com/sticky-footer/

    I understand where to put the CSS. I don’t understand where to put the HTML. The theme already has containers and wrappers.

    What do I do with the HTML code and where do I put it? Header.php, footer.php?
