    The Plugin generates the index with a few classes (pcig-category-link, pcig-ul-list, pcig-top-ul-list, pcig-subcategory-link, pcig-ul-list, pcig-li-item, pcig-post-link) so you should able to do those modifications by adding some lines you your them css file.
    Something like this (for ident in this case):

    .pcig-li-item
    margin-left: 10px;
    }
