[Theme: Hatch] Need to Force Vimeo Player Proportions in Posts

Hi gang,
I have another stumper (for me anyhow). I’m trying to embed a video with an irregular ratio and want to limit the height.

I’ve tried the following embed code:
<iframe src="https://player.vimeo.com/video/41994383?title=0&byline=0&portrait=0" frameborder="0" width="250" height="383"></iframe>
And in the WYSIWYG editor it seems to size the player smaller, but the published post shows otherwise.

I’ve also tried adjusting the max height settings in /wp-admin/options-media.php without any success.

Has anyone been able to figure this out on their own site?
