It's happening again and again-pls help

You are running out of available memory.

There are many threads on the forum about this.

Open the wp-config.php file and add this :
@ini_set(‘memory_limit’,’64M’);

If that does not work do this:
Open PHP.ini” file and add this:
memory_limit = 12M

Easy fix.

some host do not allow you to increase memory or have access to php.ini file so ask your host if they can increase the memory. Let them them the problem you having.
