[Plugin: Ad Injection] Ads in archives and homepage

Hello,
First of all thank you for this great plugin.
I am using Genesis Framework for my theme and for some reason ads are not showing in archives and homepage even though I have them enabled. I asked in the Genesis forum and they referred me to this link

but they told me I had to ask here how to implement it since they don’t know the plugin code.
I would greatly appreciate any help.
