[Plugin: AutoChimp] Patch for multisite use

I made the following patch against v1.15 which fixes a couple of problems I had using this with multisite.

AC_OnDeleteUser wasn’t being called for wpmu_delete_user. And get_users_of_blog() returns the users of one blog – our clients needed all users to be synced.
