well i figer it out why they see window as that they are not registered. The reason is that i tryed to register with another acc but i dedicated a status of author to newly registered “member” now he haves option to make a post. But i get another problem. So how do i set to all newly registered members status author automaticly?

When people resiter on your site the default role is subscriber. So, in the plugin settings change the level to subscriber.

i must set level at least to author, problem is dont know how to.

This is where you have to make a decision, do you want the default user role as “author”? if you do, anonymous users will be able to log in if they want. and access everyone’s posts and media, as well as plugins and other things. You’d have to get a plugin to modify what authors can do and can’t do. Role Scoper is a good one.

authors can post anything they choose, including spam. You’d have to moderate each entry to check it out before publishing.

you have to make sure you understand what each roles abilities are, and modify accordingly.

ok will try with role scoper

Also, if you wanted authors to be able to log in to the dashboard and only see their own posts and media in the post editor/media library, you can use this function. I tested it only a week ago in twentyten theme.

if you want to try it but are not familiar with adding new functions, let me know,

thx for tip, but site is ment that all can see others post so they can comment each other. But it must be a very nice function.

no, I mean in the dashboard only, the backend. On the front end it’s the same as always.

well abought role scoper, here it is reasoult: i created newly user new email new name new acc and it is still the same, role player didnt automaticly made role as author, maybe i F*** up somwhere but for now it dosnt work. U have any guide for role scoper to make all new user’s automaticly authors?

I thought I’d install and take a quick look at role scoper, all I can say is I’m glad I don’t have to figure out how to use it.

I think the front end post form is probably your best option, it immediately takes care of a lot of restrictions. If there’s anymore author abilities you need to restrict, and you have similar trouble with role scoper, try user-role-editor-wordpress-plugin, very simple.

set default user role for your site on the wp admin settings page.

are you sure you can’t set the user role to subscriber for the form? instead of making it as author for your site?
maybe best if you allow subscribers to post, through the form only. rather than making the default wp user role as author. Then you don’t have to tweek the author role.
