• Hi,
I’m using the Blogum theme, and by default, the comments field appears under each individual post.

My comments box is stuck in the right sidebar, and I can’t figure out how to move it back under each post (restore to default). I’ve tried playing around with the CSS but that hasn’t done anything. I don’t know if it’s more of a PHP issue (I’m a newbie at it).

    Any help would be great.

  • double-check the content of the two textwidgets with all the images; there seem to be some ommitted quotation marks " and/or unmatched or extraneous tags …

Do you know which areas have ommitted quotation marks? The formatting is messed up, and I can’t seem to figure out where…

But on another note, I figured out what was wrong with my commenting fields — I had to go to the single.php file and move the comments_template up into the post_meta div.

    Thanks for your response.

These ones are all messed up –

    <div class="textwidget"><img src="https://whollykao.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/07/spacer_10px.png" alt="about" title="1-about" width="225" height="30" class="aligncenter/></a>

    <div align="left"><a href="https://craftgawker.com/post/archive/whollykao/" onclick="javascript:_gaq.push(['_trackEvent','outbound-widget','https://craftgawker.com']);" title="my craftgawker gallery"><img src="https://static.craftgawker.com/images/badges/spool2-150x150.png" alt="my craftgawker gallery" /></a></div>

    <img src="https://whollykao.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/07/spacer_10px.png" alt="about" title="1-about" width="225" height="10" class="aligncenter/></a>

    <a href="https://www.estiemade.etsy.com" onclick="javascript:_gaq.push(['_trackEvent','outbound-widget','https://www.estiemade.etsy.com']);"><img class="alignleft" style="border:0 none;" title="estieMade_160x500" src="https://whollykao.files.wordpress.com/2012/04/estiemade_160x500.jpg" alt="" width="160" height="571" /></a>

    <img src="https://whollykao.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/07/spacer_10px.png" alt="about" title="1-about" width="225" height="10" class="aligncenter/></a></div>

The class aligncenter is the one that needs fixing.
If you use Firefox, view the source code, errors show up red.

wrong action – you only falsely compensate for the errors in the textwidgets.

Allright– I fixed the broken links, and think I’m good to go.
Thanks Christine and alchymyth for your feedback an your patience!
