[Plugin: POST2PDF Converter] Modifying the Header

Your plugin does what I need it to and it works great.
However, I need to customize the header output in the PDF. I have a header image I want to show, but I do not want to show the post permalink, title or author in the header. I just want my logo. That’s it.

How can this be accomplished?
