[Plugin: Tweetily – Tweet Your Posts Automatically!] Not posting auomatically

Hey,
I’m trying to post using the plugin.
I failed using the bit.ly links , so I disabled it.Now, I’m trying to make it work. I succeeded to make it work sometimes. if I press tweet now, after the countdown of one hour is finished, I it sometimes makes a tweet update in my account, but not always. I’m not sure.
Can you please guide me how to trouble shoot this.
I”m using go daddy hosting.
