Immediate Advanced Edit on Posts plugin?

  • I did a search and didn’t find anything relevant. Has anyone made this yet? I have to change the date every time I update because I do archival stuff. Any plugins to make this easier?

  • Options -> Writing -> When starting a post, show:
    Advanced controls

    The functionality is built in; you just have to enable it.

    wait, that craps it up:
    first its like this, how it’s always been:
    <img src=https://www.twentyeighthavenue.com/images/8extras/wtfwp1.jpg>

    then after I use the option Options -> Writing -> When starting a post, show:
    Advanced controls, it only shows this:
    <img src=https://www.twentyeighthavenue.com/images/8extras/wtfwp1.jpg>

    the advanced control I really need isnt there anymore, the one where I can edit the date

    Hit refresh. It should be there after you enable Advanced Editing in Options -> Writing.
