  • Sure, easy with Kubrick:

    1. Make your image. Name it kubrickbgcolor.jpg

    2. Put it in /wp-content/themes/default/images

Hit refresh to make sure it looks good, and you’re done.

Thank you Justin. It works, but there’s another problem. A border appears around the “main page”. I can delete the border, but then i will lost the shadow effect.

Is it possible to keep the shadow effect and using the pattern at the same time, just like this www.ads-software.com page?

    Cheers,

Is your background image for your page div. In order to have a pattern outside of that and still have a drop shadow, you would need to create the bg image with drop shadow over the page background, not neccessarily any wider than the current,as you can put the bg image tiled as your body background as well. If I’m not understanding then clarify and will be able to better answer your question.

I think you would have to edit the border image and replace the colored parts with transparency. That should allow the bg pattern to show through.
