    Latest WordPress version. Suffusion theme.

    Solved.

    The page tries to load resources from Facebook / Twitter. If you’re in a country where Facebook / Twitter is blocked, the page will get stuck and the buttons won’t work.

    As a workaround, simply wait for about 30 seconds before pushing any buttons. The Facebook / Twitter request will time out and the rest of the code (for the buttons to function) will load.
