Move from Front Page to WordPress?

    Hi – I’m doing a favor for a friend. A web designer created a single page website using Front Page for her. This means that the designer has to make any changes when needed. Because I know WordPress (but not Front Page) from doing our HOA website, we wondered if I can install WordPress, but leave the current Front Page site still running until the new site is ready.

    If so, what would this involve and how would I do it, in gentle, easy baby steps?
