This is a little odd, why are specifically targeting an ip address?

replay well i have setup 2 sites based on the user ip
let say i want traffic from asia to different site if its from europe it should be redirected to different site so suppose
i have main site
https://www.somesiteforallcountries.com

https://www.somesiteforallEurope.com
https://www.somesiteforallasia.com

so when user comes on https://www.somesiteforallcountries.com
it will detect the ip and redirect to other site?
so i wonder how i can do this in wp
i have tried to modiefied template index.php file
but it didn’t work

If the final goal is a translation issue wouldn’t it be a better idea to simply allow the user to select a language?
