"Custom Tracking/Conversion Code" will not update – Weird problem

  • Hey guys,

    My problem is that when I edit pages, and I change the Custom Tracking/Conversion Code section, and then press Update, any changes I made are not saved. In other words, it is impossible now for me to change the Custom Tracking/Conversion Code section for all my pages.

    I thought it might have something to do with caching, so I deactivated W3 Total Cache plugin, and I went into developer mode on CloudFlare (which can cache too, but in that mode it should stop it temporarily). This did not change anything. The problem is still there.

    Has anyone ever encountered this before? What could affect this?

    I don’t know if that’s helpful, but the theme we use is the “Balance Theme on Genesis Framework”.
