Smilie Issue/

okay for some reason, all of a sudden when i try n write a blog i cant click the smilies 2 appear in the blog. but it works fine for the comments. its never acted up b4. but now its acting up. the only recent editing i did of my wp is i changed the scrollbar colors in my css. and like font etc. but everything seems normal.
