Shann theme: change custom-menu font colour and site-tagline's colour

    am using Shaan theme. Need help with:
    1) changing top menu font colour & site tagline from white to something else
    2) how to remove “JuzKidzOnline? July 7, 2012? Leave Your Comment” that appears on top of each page’s post?
