[Plugin: WP-Property – WordPress Powered Real Estate and Property Management] developer tab?

After instalation, it will not up and I can not click on the check update, or I do not know what happens to it, nothing happens when I do it.

I wonder why it does not? Why not add the developer tab and look for updates
