Comment approval email to only come to admin, not authors

  • About 20 people in my company write blogs, but I post on their behalf and approve on their behalf too. This is because they are basically morons.

    How can i change the settings so that they only get notified once I have approved a comment (for them to respond to)?

    At the moment they are also getting the email that says the comment requires approval and it is too much for them to handle.
