We’ve used All in One SEO Pack for 3 years now, identifying our google UA-XXX account in the plug in. Our developer a few months back also installed Google Analytics Plug in, inserting our UA-XXXXXX-X account and checking Yes to asynchronous tracking. We have the asynchronous tracking code placed in page header.

I think we have to deactivate the Google Analytics plug in but also curious to know if having the two plugins activated AND the asynchronous tracking isn’t causing Google to double up on reporting pageviews/visitors.

    Guidance/help appreciated.

  • mssoftware,

I’d suggest making sure it’s only included in your header once, either by All in One SEO Pack or by other means; even the best code can run into problems when it gets included multiple times or not used as designed.
