Hi, I’m extremely new to www.ads-software.com, so be warned.

Anytime I try to go to my wp-admin site, it takes me right back to the homepage. I’m not able to do any editing, and none of the tabs on the top take me anywhere other than the homepage.

I’m able to access and log in, but once I do, it takes me right back to the homepage.

I think it has something to do with an update because I was able to see the dashboard for a split second, then when I hit the upgrade button, all of a sudden it’s causing the problem I’m describing.

    The website is https://sleepingshouldbeeasy.com/wp-admin

    Help!!

  • Try:
    – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme by renaming your current theme’s folder inside wp-content/themes and adding “-old” to the end of the folder name using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin.

    – re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder – from a fresh download of WordPress.

    – running the upgrade manually via wp-admin/upgrade.php

    Hi,

What I did to resolve it was I went into godaddy and deleted the wordpress application and reinstalled it. That seemed to do the trick! Thank you for your response.
