Widgets not appearing on sidebar

  • Hi,

    I`ve been looking at this for sometime now and finally decided to ask for help.

    When I drag the widgets to the sidebar they do not appear on the site. Here`s the site https://www.vanillaplay.com. Any suggestions or can anyone point me on the right track?

  • You are not running WordPress 3.4, but an outdated version 3.2.1. Additionally, I find too many social sharing buttons plus an outdated or broken theme. They all contribute to what you describe above.

    Try this:
    1. Deactivate all your plugins
    2. Revert to the default WordPress theme

    If the above steps solve the problem, you may update your outdated plugins, theme, etc.

    Thanks for the feedback. I followed your instructions and tested another theme and the widgets started working again. I`ll have to look for a new theme now…
